A culinary master hailing from Mumbai, India. Growing up near the Atlantic Ocean instilled in him a lifelong love for seafood and spices. He pursued his passion for the culinary arts by earning a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Tourism from Mumbai University.

When not in the kitchen, Prasad relishes spending time with his family, being on dad duty and enjoying being a father. He also enjoys exploring the Okanagan valley, where he sources local ingredients to elevate his culinary techniques. Not to mention learning about and getting involved in Rotary!
